  The domestication stage is the key to cultivation, which requires gradually increasing the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the system to allow microorganisms to adapt to high sulfide environments. In the initial stage, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide can be controlled at a lower level (such as 50-100ppm). After the microbial activity stabilizes and the desulfurization efficiency reaches over 80%, the concentration can be slowly increased, with each increase not exceeding 50ppm and an interval of no less than 3 days.
