  化學(xué)吸收法是利用堿性溶液與硫化氫發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),將其從沼氣中脫除。常用的吸收劑有氫氧化鈉(NaOH)、碳酸鈉(Na?CO?)等。以氫氧化鈉為例,其與硫化氫的反應(yīng)方程式為:H?S + 2NaOH → Na?S + 2H?O。在吸收塔中,沼氣與堿性吸收液逆流接觸,硫化氫被吸收液吸收,從而實現(xiàn)脫硫。反應(yīng)生成的硫化物可以通過再生工藝,如向吸收液中通入空氣,使硫化物氧化為單質(zhì)硫,從而實現(xiàn)吸收劑的再生循環(huán)使用。這種方法脫硫效率高,可將沼氣中的硫化氫含量降低至較低水平,適用于大規(guī)模沼氣工程。
